 Police say the Indiana businessman accused of faking his own death is alive and in custody in Florida.
Authorities believe Marcus Schrenker let his plane crash and apparently parachuted to safety allegdly as part
of a plot to escape his personal and financial trouble.

 Hillary Clinton is rejecting Republican calls for more information about donors to her husband's foundation.
During her daylong confirmation hearing, Clinton told members of the Foreign Relations Commitee that she has
revealed more than enough information to avoid any conflict with her potential role as Secretary of State.
The Senate is expected to approve her  next week.
 

 A California man has been accused of trying to sell his 14 year old daughter into an arranged marriage for
16,000 dollars, a 100 cases of beer and several cases of meat. The teen is now in state protective custody
and a criminal investiation is under way.

 It's a dream come true for these Atlanta students. They are headed to the nation's capital to perform a song
they worte about Obama's victory at several inaugural balls. The students became Internet sensations when
their election song hit the web last fall.

 It's being called some of the worst flooding in Washington state's history. The combination of warmer
temperatures and melting snow has put some areas under as much as 3 feet of water. No major injuries have
reported. But the threat of rising water has forced 30,000 people out of their homes.

 Even with the flood warning still in effect, some residents are making their way back into their neighborhoods
to check out the demage. The floods have also brought trucks to a screeching halt. Dozens of rigs are lined
up along the highway and some drivers think they'll be there for a few more days.

 Local business owners say the wet weather is causing them trouble too. Flooding isn't Washington state's only
concern. Officials say the danger of avalanches and mudslides is also making it difficult for them to reopen
some highways. Forecaseters are calling for the weather to dry out sometime early next week.

 A second rocket attack from Lebanese soil into Israel threatened to open a second front for the Jewish state
already battling Hamas and Gaza. Lebanon quickly denounced the attack but not before Israel could return fire.
Lebanon moved to stabilize its side of the border and root out the guerrillas. Despite international calls
for cease-fire and the Arab world's condemnation, Israel shows no signs of slowing its bruising 19 day-old
offensive about 60 targets for hit on wednesday alone.

 Meanwhile, a new audio tape purpotedly from Osama bin Laden is urging a Muslim holy world against Israel and
an angry response to Israel's attack on Hamas. Palestinian officials say the violences killed more than a
thousand Palestinians, half of them civilians. The Israeli death tolls stands at 13. Israel says it will
continue the onslaught until Hamas commit just to stop firing rockets.

 Hamas says repetedly about continue its rocket fire until Israel opens Gaza's block hit with borders.
And Egyptian broker peace agreement is in the works. Hamas officials say they are hopeful they get proposal for
a 10 days cease-fire to Israel. Until all side agree, Eygpt says the details will be kept under secrecy.

 Britain's Prince Harry has issued a public apology. That's after a British tabloid newspaper posted this
video from 2006. Harry can be heard using offensive and racist language while walking around this airport
departure lounge with other officer cadets. The men were waiting to fly to Cyprus for training exercises.
In another clip Harry can be heard using a derogatory term for another cadet wearing a headscarf.

 The paper said the video was shot by other cadet and supplied to the newspaper. "If this was in the private
sector or in any other walk of life, certainly the person would have been disciplined for making such remarks.
It is now acceptable. A spokesman for Harry said that the prince was sorry for his remarks and added they
were not intended to insult people of Pakistani origin.

"The palace have said that the "paki" remark was actually a nickname for Ahmed who was one of his squad and
the "rag head" remark is something that is said often in army circles. But it doesn't really excuse, his
words.I am sure that many people up and down the country and around the world really will find them offensive.

"Britan's Defense Ministry says no complaint was raised against Harry. In 2005, Harry apologized after being
pictured in a newspaper at a costume party dressed as a Nazi. The British royal is in Army lieutenant in the
Household Cavalry's Blues and Royals and served with the Army in Afghanistan for 10 weeks last year.
